Incredible! Proud to have had a front row seat as the final pieces were coming together over the summer. Congratulations to you and everyone involved!!

And welcome to Varick. With The Ladders and AdaptiveBlue sharing a block with NWC the area is quickly becoming a booming spot for tech start-ups in nyc.

Hey, I just heard about this today. So... does that mean people can come there and work after November 1st, if they want to? Congrats!

    Thanks so much everyone!!

@marshall: We'll still be warming up at the top of the month, but you'll certainly be welcome to come check out the space. We still have to work out handling drop-ins, but should be able to make it work after we iron out the kinks.

    Stay tuned!

Congratulations & best of luck New Work City! As I sit here at about midnight catching up on your long journey and to see it come to life, even in the middle of what may be the second depression, is just awesome and inspiring! I've had this very dream and passion to start something just like this. Although years ago there was no name other than exec suites, my way of describing was Starbucks + Office Suites - Walls and Cubicles = (name top secret). Now I can simply call it "coworking"!

Man... I really need to join this movement. Matter of fact, I'm doing it tonite! Watch out Orange County, CA... here I come!

I'll be following you all at New Work City!

It's still WAY over priced, yes I know we're in NYC, but the market has COLLAPSED, you have to lower you monthly. If I can get 20 people to chip in $550 a month, we could own a loft.
